Our committee is committed to creating engaging, inclusive events that bring students together and make campus life more vibrant. We focus on boosting student involvement with experiences that promote learning, growth, and community. Every event we plan is designed to benefit students by connecting them with resources, new perspectives, and each other. With each initiative, we aim to make a positive impact, fostering a campus environment that feels welcoming and inspiring. Through our work, we're helping to build a community that students are proud to be a part of.

Current Project

Holiday Drive

The Holiday Drive is an initiative led by the Activities Committee to support the local homeless shelter during the holiday season. The drive encourages students, staff, and faculty to donate essential items such as clothing, non-perishable food, hygiene products, and blankets. Collection boxes will be placed in key locations across campus to make participation convenient.

This project aims to foster a sense of giving and community while addressing the needs of those experiencing homelessness. By working together, we hope to bring warmth, care, and support to individuals in need during the holidays, creating a positive impact both on campus and in the local community.

Past Projects

Hispanic Heritage Month

For Hispanic Heritage Month, we hosted a full-day event to celebrate and educate students about the rich cultures and histories of various Hispanic countries. The event featured interactive displays, traditional music, food tastings, and cultural performances, offering an immersive experience for attendees.

Students had the opportunity to learn about the unique traditions, languages, and contributions of Hispanic communities around the world through fun and engaging activities. This event aimed to foster cultural appreciation, inclusivity, and a deeper understanding of the diversity within the Hispanic heritage, bringing our campus community together in celebration.
