Hi! I am Natania Wong, 2021-2022 PR Director. I transited into college back in 2020 when the pandemic broke out; joining ASDVC enables me to connect with fellow DVC students, and to advocate for students’ concerns even with the barrier of virtual learning.

Hey everyone, my name is Jorge Hernandez! I joined ASDVC because I wanted to join a community of student leaders, make a change, and lasting friendships! In my free time I love to sing and dance, especially karaoke with all my friends! My motto is “The Future is Now” which I got after I realized that in Highschool I would always say “I will do this in the future” or “Future me will worry about it” but the truth is the future starts when you want it to!

Hi! I’m Chanelle, 2021-2022 Diversity Affairs Officer for ASDVC. When I first came to DVC, I didn’t know anybody until I met all of my friends and social circle through ASDVC. I joined ASDVC to find a place in DVC and my passions and found the passion in advocating for what I want and what others similarly want. In my free time, I like to watch Netflix shows like Criminal Minds and try out new restaurants. My motto is that “You're never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.”
